Black and white cocktail dress from Bloomingdales

Flirty and feminine black and white dress. Sleeveless, see-through white neck with a button closure in the back. Well made design top in black and white with some gray beading fully intact. Flare black bottom with light pleats. Wore it once to a wedding. Conservative. Made my Karen Millen, from Bloomingdales.
