aparment @mms191 yes, it's a Eur 40. The first photo shows someone wearing it in a smaller size. My skirt has a 28 inch waist.

rcb617 My measurements are, 27 inch waist 37 inch hips usually a us 4 or 6 do you think this would fit ok. and Does it have stretch? What US size is this)? I am 5'9" and wonder if it would be short how would you describe the color exactly?? Thanks

aparment @rcb617 it's a U.S. 8. I think this would fit for sure. There is no stretch. It's a true black and white.
