Black and gray checkered crop peacoat XL (runs small)

Black and gray tartan crop lightweight peacoat. Missing one pocket button, pictured. *The size states XL but I do not believe it fits as an XL, it runs small, more like a large. **It is cropped style peacoat, so it is short. Hits at the hip/waist area depending on how tall you are, and the arms are not long. Wait size and chest size is approx 48 inches, but from button to hole is 42 inches. Shoulder to wrist is 22.5 inches. Shoulder to bottom of jacket is 23 inches. PLEASE MEASURE.
