Black and gold tulle midi skirt Sz small

Black and gold tulle skirt Midi Tag has been cut out so I’m not sure of brand Good condition but there are a couple snags in waist band and small tear at hem and couple minor pulls in tulle. See pics. Fun skirt that’s really versatile. Dress it up or down. I think it looks pretty cute paired with a denim vest to dress down.
