Black and White Striped Skirt

Elegant black and off white striped skirt. Perfect for any occasion. Stand out with its bold stripes and classic design. The material isn't indicated on a tag but I believe its a brushed taffeta, therefore I purchased it for a formal event and never wore it. I LOVE this skirt but as you can see, I am not good at bows. When the bow was tied on the display this dress was so cute! It was on display with a fitted black sleeveless mock turtleneck, pearls and red patent leather shoes and it was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I am 5'11 and wear size 10 and this fits perfectly so I'd say this runs small. the tag says Large but this is why I listed it as a medium.
