Black and White Striped Dress Size Medium

Cute & very comfy black and white horizontal striped dress size medium with 3/4 length sleeves and ties in the front. Has 2 purposely styled slits on each side at the bottom of the dress 5" up & on the sides of each sleeve 4" up. Excellent condition, no rips or stains. Gently used. 80% polyester 20% rayon. Perfect for pairing with a belt or layering. Measurements when flat: Underarm to bottom: 24.5" Top of shoulder to bottom: 34" Underarm to underarm: 18.5" Shoulder seam to cuff: 17"
