Black and White Polka Dot Mini Dress

Ties with a black ribbon on around the neck. Snap closure removable elastic belt in cognac. Belt has a minor imperfection as shown in photo. No tag, but fits like a medium. From shoulder to the bottom hem is 33.5 inches in length. Very light and airy material, feels silk-like. Excellent condition.
