Black and White Polka Dot Dress w Ascot Bow Tie Collar Midi 70s Secretary Dress

Vintage 70s day dress in a black and white polka dot print with an ascot tie collar. It has ruffle sleeves and a high elastic waist. It's semi sheer and would have been worn with a neutral colored slip. Midi length in a size 9 which I think would be closer to a size S than M in modern sizing. Really classic and lovely dress from the Byer Too label.
