Black and white plaid hand smocked vintage dress made in England Sarah Louise, the dress is New without Tags, it has never been worn. The dress is made of 54% polyester, 41% rayon and 5% cotton. It is hand smocked, has buttons on sleeves and back to waist, sash, white twill collar with hand embroidery. Perfect holiday, Christmas or everyday dress. This dress is a little heavier winter weight fabric; I'm also listing a matching 12-month dress and a 3-month boys romper, perfect sibling sets for holiday photos. This dress is a size 3 years.
