Black and White Pinstriped Pleated Mini Skirt

Size small pleated mini skirt, bought this skirt and wore it once for a Halloween costume, great condition, no holes, rips, or stains. Has an elastic waist band that’s not too tight, goes great with tights, doesn’t feel cheap, pretty thick material:)
