Only worn once! It is in great shape with no flaws. My measurements are 28" waist, 37" hips and it fits well. I am 5'5" tall. Has pockets on the front!! Stretchy around the waist Works great for casual or formal wear *note: belt is not included - please refer to the last couple photos to see the waist band without a belt
