Black and Tan Print Romper with Bell Sleeves

This is a juniors large romper in a slinky fabric and elastic waist. It has bell sleeves trimmed in white lace. A deep V front. I cut the tag off because it bothered me, see picture. No flaws to mention and only worn 1 or 2 times. Super fun and dressy at the same time. See measurements for a perfect fit and feel free to ask any questions.
