Black and Red Puffer Vest for Dog Size 3XL NEW

I ordered this waterproof vest for my dog, but it is way too big for him. He is very difficult to fit. This puffer style vest will help keep your dog warm and dry. Perfect for outdoor adventures. I have a blue one posted as well. The last pic is for fit and style reference. This vest is labeled a 3XL, but I’m not sure that’s accurate. It measures about 19 1/2 inches long and 12 1/2 inches at the widest part so that would be 25 inches around. Please feel free to ask any questions.
