Black and Multicolor Ruffle Hem Tops

Set of two tops featuring a black ruffle hem top and a multicolor scallop pattern top with ruffle hem (mermaid) These shirts are from a Boutique Little Bear and Bean. They are both a size 10/12, and were only worn a few times. They are in good condition. The back is open with an attached bow on the back.
