Black and Gold 2 Piece Pleated Halter Top Mini Skirt Dress for Prom

Flat-lay measurements are: Top: pit to pit 14 1/2”, (the back is Strappy back, so you gain any needed room with that) flat lay neckband 6 1/2” Skirt: waistband approx 13” Hook and eye on waistband and around neck has room to move either direction if need to for fit. I will include for this. The top is pullover head with strappy elastic bands in back that stretch. The skirt is zipper closure with eye hook that you can move over for the perfect fit. (If you choose to move the hook over, requires only basic hand sewing. Simple whipstitch would do) Last pic shows you have about 2” of fabric where if you need to move hook over to make more room in waistband, that you can do so. Same with neck band… it can be adjusted.
