B. Darlin black dress with a sequined bodice front and blue waist sash. Adjustable spaghetti straps and an elastic back. There's a layer of tulle under the bottom of the skirt for an a-line shape. Size 7/8. Has a few loose threads on the top of the bodice; see pictures. Measured flat and unstretched across the front: Waist: 12.5 inches Underarms: 16 inches Side seam to bottom hem: 26 inches
