True vintage Coast Guard peacoat, double-breasted with 2 internal pockets and 2 corduroy-lined exterior pockets. All matching buttons including high collar buttons. Heavy, warm, well fitting for a sz 38-40 man. Some wear at the collar lining (see photo)
