l am resposhing because my surgeon advised me to get a size smaller than my measurements, and that was mistake. This was too tight to wear comfortably. these are expensive brand new. this has zippers along both sides with hook brackets for easier zipping. very high quality with lots of structure, for medical grade compression. Great for thigh and/or abdominal surgeries.
