Black & White patterned blouse

This is a classy, black & white blouse. Its short sleeved and has a V neck in the front and back and an elastic hem on the bottom. It's nice to wear casual with jeans or can be more dressy with a skirt or dress pants! Womens XS is the size but the stretchy material and bottom hem allows it to fit someone who's a small or medium as well. The way it fits the chest area is better for a woman with a smaller chest, because of the way the shirt design lays against the body.
