Black & White Polka Dot Short Sleeve Shirt Macy's INC International

A very cute little polka dot black and white shirt with ruffles on the v-neck. Short, cap sleeves that are sheer. The shirt is also sheer but has a second, attached layer inside, like a tank top. Hits at the hip. The front has buttons down the front but it easily slips over the head so you don't need to use the buttons every time you wear it. Looks really cute with light gray or white jeans!
