paigelaurenx @yes_amee I can ship as soon as the day after Christmas. Since its a flapper dress (they were made to flatter a flat figure), it had no curved-in waist, but it's a medium and around 26 inches in the area I guess is closest to the waist, with just a little give. Just so I'm not misleading you, know it's more costume quality, and not as high quality as a dress off the rack. But with a slip it's fun!
