Black Velvet Plunging Mini Dress or Top

Pair with leggings or white denim as a long, fitted top, or rock it on its own as a mini dress! Front is black velvet. Side panels and back are stretch cotton. Excellent condition. Very faint pilling on the upper back - not visible unless scrutinized up close.
