Black Velvet Dress

Beautiful black velvet shift dress has rhinestones at shoulder. Split sleeve is 12” from rhinestones. Every 2” is stitched leaving 6 openings. Dress has a matching black lining. Back of neck has a 7” cut out with single velvet button. Measurements flat are approximately 21” pit to pit & 35” long. In excellent like new condition with NO damage. Worn once to an event.
