Black Velvet Ballet Flats ♥︎ Brand is vintage Old Navy. Features satin toes that create a pointe shoe look and little bows. There are small loops on the inside near the arch of the foot if you want to thread black ribbon through to criss cross around the foot and ankles like a ballet slipper. Great pre owned condition. The lining in the fabric is a little stiff due to age.
