Black Tiered LB Maxi Skirt Sz. 18-20 NWOT

Elegant maxi by Lane Bryant. Tag says 18-20. The size and style are versatile. A smaller girl could wear it on her hips or a larger girl higher on her waist. The details are great. There is a covered elastic waistband, and it's partially lined. The crochet lace between each tier is beautiful cotton, allowing this to be easily dressed up or down. I have never worn this skirt.
