Black & Tan high heels

Cute, high-heeled shoes with black and cream plaid print with cloth- like feel. Piping in black. Black shiny heel. Black bottoms. Size 7 Never worn! I bought them many years ago because I thought they were so cute and never wore them! They have been in my closet the whole time. I see one small rust? area at the buckle, but the bucket covers it.
