@gp_13 measurements need to be taken with a measuring tape from one side to the other. They don’t come inside the dress- you measure bust area, length of dress ( usually you would measure waist and hip area, but in the case of your dress you don’t need to do it). So , you just need to measure the area right below the beading section.
