Black Strappy Wedge Sandals heels 45 size 14 used

Shoes say size 45. And also based on measurements I believe this should fit roughly a women’s size 13- 14, men’s size 12 or 12.5 please compare to a shoe you own. It’s a square toe model so it may be suited towards someone needing a wide width. A couple of the straps seem to have internal fraying. I would say that could just be cut off. I do not know how the strap is supposed to buckle- front vs back. Buyer will need to figure this one out. Funky triangular heel
