Black Strapless Cocktail Dress

New, never worn and still with tags. Has thin built in bra cups (see 2nd to last pic). Has some extra thread on the side. It’s not torn, just some bunched up thread (see last pic). The dress material is stretchy and has a geometric design (I tried capturing in the pics, but please let me know if you would like additional pics). Waist is about 11.5” From top to bottom is about 25.5” Please see pictures to see where I measured and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks!
