Black Spirit Halloween dress large - black hooded cape & sash (see description)

Black Spirit Halloween spaghetti strap costume dress (new without tag) - size large. Straps are adjustable like bra straps. Dress says large but fits more like small/medium. arm pit to arm pit measures about 15 inches and length is 30 inches. Is a bit fitted through torso and is faux leather. Cape has velcro closure at neck with hood and is approximately 35 inches long. Sash has silver cobweb design and is about 56 inches total length. Dress has never been worn, new without tag.
