Black Sleeveless Open Front Knit Cardigan

This cardigan has ruffles around the the front edges. The ruffle on the lower layer of the left shoulder is split apart. I cannot tell if this is a manufacturing quirk or a sign of damage because the edges of the slit ruffle are even and smooth rather than having loose, torn threads. Either way someone with sewing skill could easily sew the two sides of the ruffle together. Compare with the right side, which is whole. 78% rayon, 22% nylon. Length: 29 in.
