Black Skirt with Dangling Puff Balls

A fun all-black skirt with a comfy and stretchy material. Has an elastic wasteband around the backside and two long ties where each hips sits. Has a silky black built-in slip (which is great). The dangle puff balls on the bottom are so cute... some are missing because they have fallen off but you cannot even tell. You could always repair and replace if you desired or maybe even trim them all off. Size Medium, great length- short-ish and flirty but appropriate for most everyday activities.
