Black Sexy Open Back Sparkly Wrap Evening Blouse

I picked this up at a chic boutique in New York a few years ago. It got me through one New Years party and a date night or two but is essentially brand new. It hangs down and flows with the body. Slightly shiny which might not come through in the photos. Lightweight fabric that is a bit sheer but not revealing. I have a fair to olive skin tone and never had any accidents.
