This top is in fantastic condition! It is a black semi-sheer moon print ruffled Whimsy + Row long sleeve blouse / top in a women's size small. It is in the off-shoulder style with smocking and ruffles around the neck. The print is all over, with little white crescent moons on the black fabric. It also tapers at the sleeves, and the rest of the top is flowy and loose. There is a pull that is pictured and is important to note. This top is beautiful, easy to pair, and has lovely movement!
