Black Ruffle Soft Shorts

Black pull-on shorts with tie waistband with cute and flattering ruffle detail along the hem and sides.Shorts are double-lined and have pockets. Size small but fits like an XS. Very comfortable and great to through on during the summer. Purchased from Nordstrom Rack (made by small boutiquey brand).
