Black Ruffle Skirt

This skirt can make you feel flown and skinny on all your "fat" days. Seriously. I own way too many of these in every color and each time I wear it I get compliments. You can wear it if you're 120 lbs or 180 lbs. Seriously. The elastic waist is fabulous. And, if you don't have the gift of height (like me) you can roll up the elastic waist so it's the right length. It works with sandals or boots and you can wear it in any season. There's no reason for me to own 3 black ones, so I'm selling one (this might also be because my closet size has decreased and I'm making tough choices). The skirt is by El Tempo. If you can find them in other colors, then get them! You won't be disappointed. Great condition. Comes from pet free/smoke free home.
