This adorable black ruffle mini dress, is perfect for the upcoming Summer weather, because it's lightweight, comfortable, easy to put on or off! Great as a swimsuit coverup at the pool or beach. Adorning the front of the dress, are 6 decorative black buttons(not functional!), followed by 3 tiers of ruffles on the bottom skirt! The shoulder straps also have ruffles on them too!
