Black & Red Floral Print Mandarin Collar Short Sleeve Qipao Maxi Dress

Measures 17 inches underarm to underarm, waist measures 14 1/2 inches across, 47 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 9 inches, leg slit measures 27 1/2 inches. There aren’t any tags or labels, but it best fits a U.S. Women’s Extra Small. There is a bit of minor fraying on the back collar (last photo); I don’t consider it super noticeable but wanted to mention it. Otherwise, the dress is in excellent pre-owned condition.
