NWOT - only tried on. Super cute and unique black maxi with small white polka dots. This has functional buttons all the way down the front, and a slit near the front bottom. Sheer upper back, sleeves and bottom ruffle. The rest is lined. Brand: Who What Wear Size: Small Measurements: Bust flat is approx 15-16.5” . It was hard to measure due to nature of garment.
