Black Pleated front skirt. Back is not pleated (as shown). Super cute and in brand new condition. I wore this with leggings and black motorcycle boots. Would go well with an Army Jacket, a motorcycle jacket, or dress it up with any of the sexy white blouses. Measurements lying flat: Waist 15” Length : 15.5” Marked size 3 but measurements and fit is more of a M. I am a M and it fits me.

lilyqu @kellymaneja Hi! I'll measure the waist web I get home and the length but it falls about where it does on the model in picture #4....mid-thigh. This one is very cute and in great condition- hardly worn. The other one in my closet is a vintage piece, very cute and pleated all around, they are both charming.
