Feminine black blouse with lace fringe at the bottom and running down on the arms. Elastic at the cuffs and elastic at the collar so it can be worn on the shoulders or down on the arms for a pretty open shoulder top. Lightweight fabric, 100% rayon (regenerated cellulose), is very soft to the touch. The body of the blouse is lined to provide more warmth and comfort as well as coverage.
