Black Multi Sequin One Shoulder Formal. Event Dress

This very sparkly fun dress has been worn once. It is form fitting but very stretchy. It is completely lined. The tag says 1XL. Dress form measurements are: Bust 39", Waist 31", Hips 40", Length from shoulder to floor 50". Dress measurements are very clear in the photos, and the dress is lying on a flat surface.
