@mpodd5 hey actually yes the coat can close still the zipper pull is just broken off. So you can only use the slider to zip it.

@sanshuray The coat came with 2 sliders, 2 pulls, and a Moncler piece. If you look closely at the pictures, you’ll see that pieces broke off the sliders, which caused the zipper pulls to detach from the sliders. I do have the Moncler piece and one zipper pull with the coat in case you need them. When it broke, the other pull fell off, and I couldn’t find it. You may just need to replace the entire zipper, though.
