Black Michael Kors knee high Boots

I bought these beautiful boots on poshmark but i just can't tolerate high heels anymore :-( Roughly a 4 1/2 inch heel, see pics for measurements. The boots are used so there are scratches and some fading on the tips of both boots and upper ankle (see pic) The leather near the ankles look a little crumpled and I'm not sure if this is a flaw or part of the design. The price reflects the flaws
