Black Mesh Veil Hat with Floral Details

Elevate your Halloween costume with this elegant black mesh veil hat, adorned with delicate floral details. Perfect for Halloween, costumes, attending funerals, etc. Condition- Great- the hat was purchased at a spirit Halloween store last October (2024) and is designed for costumes as opposed to regular use. So it’s Halloween quality and you can see some of the glue in the mesh and under the rim but it’s extremely hard to notice and that’s how it was upon purchasing.
