This is a New With Tag Long Formal Black Gown in the Mermaid style of dress. The tag reads "Fresh Out of Fashion Week". The maker is Fashion Nova. There is a form fitting top with layers and layers of black tulle on the bottom. Zipper closure. Sleeveless. The fabric is 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex. It is VERY STRETCHY and rather heavy weight which helps keep the tulle looking as lovely as it does. It also has a unique feel to the fabric, almost like a rubber stretchy type that is probably due to the high content of Spandex in the fabric. MEASUREMENTS: Bust: Approx. 42" with stretch as measured from pit to pit in the back and doubled. Waist: Approx. 39" Length from middle of shoulder strap to bottom of hem: 72" This could be worn for a special formal event, to go clubbing, to a party, on a date, or any occasion when you want to stand out and be noticed.
