Thanks for getting back to me. These measurements should be taken with the jacket zipped up and lying smooth and flat:
1) Pit-to-pit
2) Shoulder seam-to-seam
3) Bottom of collar to bottom of jacket
4) Sleeve length from shoulder seam to end of sleeve
