Black Lace Up Corset with Puffy Mini Skirt

XS black skirt with velvety black polka dots on the skirt and stretchy lace-up corset waist band. The skirt is fairly poofy without anything under it but would be cute with a black poofy underskirt. Worn a grand total of once before I realized it looked bad with about every shirt I own.
