Cute black lace vest features floral embroidery, a collared neckline, and full zip closure. The vest can be worn two ways - open, or folded over (pictured both ways). Measures 15 inches underarm to underarm, 7 1/2 inches underarm to bottom hem. There aren’t any tags, but it fits like an XXS. In excellent pre-owned condition.
