Super cute, black polka dot dress by LC Lauren Conrad. It has a sheer top layer and a solid layer underneath, and the sleeves have just the top sheer layer. It’s comfortable, and runs a little bit smaller than an 8 (it fit me pretty comfortably a while back when I was in the 6 range). Happy to provide additional pictures, just ask! :)

@sdert79 hi! Thanks for reaching out. No stains, I just took a flashlight to it again just to be absolutely sure haha. It’s most likely caused by the flash (the 1st pic has the flash on, and the layer underneath has a slight sheen to it that’s reflecting the light). I’ll measure and email over shortly :)
